These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Mktg.Tech website (mktg.tech), our Chrome extensions, TOAD (Technical On-Page & Auditing Dashboard) and Agent Action Optics (Visualization for Agent-Ready Interfaces), and our proprietary client/agency management platform, NODE (collectively, the “Services”).

Mktg.Tech provides independent reviews, research, and insights into marketing technology tools and agencies. We also develop and offer Chrome extensions and a client/agency management platform designed to assist marketers, developers, and SEO professionals.
•Website: Offers articles, rankings, and information related to marketing technology.
•TOAD (Technical On-Page & Auditing Dashboard): A Chrome extension for real-time SEO, accessibility, and performance auditing directly within the browser.
•Agent Action Optics (Visualization for Agent-Ready Interfaces): A Chrome extension for visualizing, auditing, and debugging interactive elements on webpages for automation systems.
•NODE (Client/Agency Management Platform): A proprietary platform for client and agency management, designed to store information explicitly provided by the user. This platform may integrate with our TOAD Chrome extension.
3. User Obligations
As a user of our Services, you agree to:
•Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
•Not use the Services in any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.

•Not to use the Chrome extensions for any purpose other than their intended use (i.e., auditing and visualization of web pages).
•Not to attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Chrome extensions or the NODE platform.
•Ensure the accuracy and legality of any information you provide and store within the NODE platform.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Mktg.Tech, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services, except as generally permitted by the functionality of the Services.

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, ITS CONTENT, AND ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
